The Old Railway

The old railway bridge gives a wonderful viewpoint from which to admire the Church and the entrance to 'Thorpe Lubenham Hall'. From here there are some lovely countryside walks.

The railway ran from Rugby to Peterborough and opened in 1850. It was open to passenger traffic until 1966.
