Training Times
The Club’s recognised training sessions are:
• Tuesday evening (6:00pm – 9:00pm) at the track -
track/field/road running - all ages
• Wednesday evening (6:30pm– 7:30pm) at the CCC (part
season) - Juniors
• Thursday evening (6:00pm – 9:00pm) at the track
-track/field/road running - all ages
• Saturday morning (11:00am – 12:00pm) at East Carlton
Park/track -all ages
• Sunday (10:00am – 1:00pm) at the track - Seniors
A circuit training session that is also open to non-members is
usually
organised between October and April on a Wednesday evening.
Individual coaches also arrange other sessions on various days
of the week depending upon athletes' training schedules.
Road running weekend training as per discussion with individual
coaches/groups.
